Validure ERP has three yearly illustrative plans: Silver ₹4,999.00, Gold ₹9,999.00 and Platinum ₹19,999.00, each plus 18% GST. Silver covers GST billing and stock for one branch; Gold and Platinum add the Accounting module and multi-branch.

## Which plan fits my business?

- **Silver** suits a single-location business that needs GST billing and stock, with up to 3 users and 300 invoices a month.
- **Gold** adds the Accounting module and up to 3 branches, each of which can have its own GSTIN, for up to 8 users and 2,000 invoices a month.
- **Platinum** has no monthly invoice limit and allows up to 10 branches and 25 users.

## Is GST charged on a Validure ERP plan?

Yes, 18% GST is added to the plan price: CGST and SGST if your company is in the same state as Validure Solutions, and IGST if it is not. Each payment gets a GST tax invoice from Validure Solutions Pvt. Ltd., whose GSTIN is Configured at go-live.

## How do I pay and renew?

The Company Owner pays from Subscription inside Validure ERP through Razorpay checkout, and a successful payment extends the plan's validity. The dashboard warns you when 15 days or fewer are left on your plan. In the design prototype, checkout is a sandbox simulation and no money moves.

## What counts as a user?

Each person who can sign in takes one user seat on your plan, and deactivating a user frees their seat.

## Is there a free trial?

## Is the audit trail recorded on every plan?

Yes. Validure ERP records the audit trail for every company on every plan; the plan only decides whether the Audit trail screen is shown, and all three plans include it.
